摘　　要：诉讼离婚女性权利保护立法、司法有一个不断完善的过程。在此过程中,诉讼离婚女性权利保护仍然存在着立法与司法层面的问题,影响着离婚女性在人身方面与财产方面的权利实现。这与传统观念、国家立法和司法实践直接相关。因此,应当从立法、司法等方面入手,解决诉讼离婚女性权利保护存在的诸多问题,切实保护诉讼离婚女性权利。There is a process of continuous improvement in the legislation and judicature of protecting women’s rights in divorce proceedings.Even so,in this process,some legislative and judicial problems still exist,which affect the realization of personal and property rights of divorced women.This is directly related to traditional concepts and national practice of legislation and judicature.Therefore,the existing problems in the protection of women’s rights in divorce proceedings should be solved from the legislative and judicial perspectives,so as to effectively protect the rights of divorced women.
