摘　　要：双胎异位妊娠是罕见疾病,其发病率约为1/125 000。由于其血液动力学不稳定,双胎异位妊娠与单胎异位妊娠相比更为危重,若出现腹腔内出血,容易危及孕妇生命。现报告1例同部位输卵管双胎妊娠病例,探讨该病的临床特点及治疗方法,并回顾相关文献,加深对该病的认识。Tubal twin gestation is a kind of rare disease,and the incidence only 1/125000.Due to the unstable hemodynamics,tubal twin gestation is more dangerous than normal ectopic pregnancy.The intraperitoneal hemorrhage of tubal twin gestation may endanger the life of pregnancy women.We reported a case of unilateral tubal twin gestation,and discussed the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment with a review of literatures.
