摘　　要：基于叙事医学的实践与应用,初步建立叙事医学理念下医患共建临床治疗模式,并对其方法进行探索。认为叙事医学理念下医患共建临床治疗模式包括:提高医患双方对疾病的认知,鼓励医患双方撰写平行病历,促进医患双方共同决策,改进医患身心健康观念,加强医患双方人文交流。并提出该模式实践中存在的不足及解决方法。Based on the practice and application of narrative medicine,the clinical treatment mode of doctorpatient co-construction under the concept of narrative medicine was initially established,and its methods were explored.Under the concept of narrative medicine,the doctor-patient co-construction clinical treatment mode includes improving the understanding of the disease between doctors and patients,encouraging them to write parallel medical records,promoting joint decision-making between doctors and patients,improving the concept of physical and mental health of doctors and patients,and strengthening the humanistic exchanges between doctors and patients.Meanwhile,we put forward the shortcomings and solutions in practice of the mode.
