摘　　要：介绍真实世界研究和叙事医学的诞生背景、特点及与中医药的密切联系,以“叙事医学医患共建诊疗模式”为例,探讨中医药研究与叙事医学、真实世界研究相结合的研究模式,在病种选择、方案设计、病历书写、实践形式等方面的经验与启发,并提出当下进一步发展与推广该模式所面临的挑战与对策。The background and characteristics of real-world research and narrative medicine,and the their close relationship with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was introduced.Taking the“narrative medicine doctor-patient joint diagnosis and treatment model”as an example,we explore the combination of TCM research with narrative medicine and real world research,experience and inspiration in disease selection,plan design,medical record writing,practice forms,etc.,and put forward the challenges and countermeasures facing the further development and promotion of this model.
