摘　　要：体育是一种以运动为代表的身体政治,其魅力在于规则约束、保障下的一种身体实践对力与美的外在表达。体育正义是内在的体育伦理、道德和外在的体育规则、制度所建构的有机统一体。体育秩序是体育正义的目标追求和实践呈现,遵守体育规则、制度并推动其完善、发展是维系体育秩序的核心。作为典型的体育争议解决程序,孙杨案引发对体育正义的深入思考。在国际体育活动中,应注意对体育规则的精准把握与合理运用,最大限度保障运动员权利,维护体育秩序,通过有序参与、凝聚共识,积极主张体育话语权,推动国际体育人文交流和体育合作治理。Sport is s sort of body politics represented by movement;its charm lies in an external expression of strength and beauty of body practice under the constraint and assurance of rules.Sports justice is the organic unity built by internal sports ethnics and morals and external sports rules and systems.Sports order is the goal pursuit and practice presentation of sports justice;following sports rules and systems and boosting their perfection and development are the cores of maintaining sports order.As a typical sports dispute resolution procedure,the SUN Yang case has triggered people’s in-depth contemplation of sports justice.In international sports activities,we should pay attention to the accurate grasp and rational application of sports rules,ensure athlete rights to the maximum extent,maintain sports order,actively advocate sports discourse right through orderly participation and consensus building,and promote international sports cultural exchanges and sports cooperative governance.
