摘 要:针对负荷在无功需求时刻变化的情况下,电容电抗器组频繁投切可能引起的断路器处过电压、保护误动作和断路器烧毁等问题,提出一种采用接触器投切电容电抗器组的方案。该方案在电容电抗器组中性点短接回路处加装一组接触器,控制接触器接通或断开中性点三相短接线,进而实现电容电抗器组的投切;替代传统的利用断路器投切的方式,避免过电压对断路器的损害,实现频繁的无功补偿,并保证系统的稳定性。建立PSCAD仿真模型,结果表明:该方案在电力系统正常运行时,能够满足负荷的无功需求;产生投切过电压进而导致接触器发生故障时,不影响电力系统稳定运行。通过经济性分析可知,该方案的投切性价比高于传统方案,具有较高的经济效益。Frequent switching of capacitor and reactor bank may probably cause such problems as overvoltage at the circuit breaker,protection maloperation,circuit breaker burnout with the variations of reactive power demand.This paper presents a novel switching scheme of capacitor and reactor bank based on contactor control:A group of contactors is installed at the short circuit of the neutral point of the capacitor reactor bank,and the control contactor switches on or off the three-phase short circuit of the neutral point to switch the reactor and capacitor bank;instead of the traditional switching by a circuit breaker,this scheme can avoid the damage of overvoltage to the circuit breaker,and thereby can realize frequent reactive power compensation and ensure the stability of the system.The established PSCAD simulation model shows that the scheme can meet the reactive power demand in the normal operation of the power system,and the operation stability of the power system is not influenced in the case of contract fault caused by switching overvoltage.The economic analysis indicates that the scheme is more cost-effective than traditional schemes and gains more economic benefits.
