摘　　要：目的:探讨在消毒供应中心开展品管圈活动对提高可回收医疗器械清洗消毒工作质量的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至12月期间在淄博市博山区第一医院消毒供应中心工作的16名在职护士作为研究对象。自2019年7月起,该院在消毒供应中心开展品管圈活动。比较在开展品管圈活动前后该院消毒供应中心可回收医疗器械清洗消毒工作的质量。结果:开展品管圈活动后,对呼吸机管道、非齿类无轴节器械、齿类轴节器械、组合器械进行清洗消毒的合格率均高于开展品管圈活动前,P<0.01;临床各科室对可回收医疗器械进行清洗消毒工作质量的满意率为高于开展品管圈活动前,P<0.05。结论:在消毒供应中心开展品管圈活动,可有效地提高该科室可回收医疗器械清洗消毒工作的质量。Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in the disinfection supply center on improving the cleaning and disinfection quality of recyclable medical devices.Methods:16 in-service nurses who worked in the disinfection supply Center of The First Hospital of Boshan District,Zibo city from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Since July 2019,the hospital has carried out a quality control circle activity in the disinfection supply center.To compare the quality of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices that could be recovered in the hospital’s disinfection supply center before and after the quality control circle activity.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of ventilator pipe,non-toothed shade-less apparatus,toothed shade-joint apparatus and combined apparatus was higher than that before the quality control circle activity(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of cleaning and disinfection of recyclable medical devices in clinical departments was higher than that before the quality control circle activities were carried out,P<0.05.Conclusion:Carrying out quality control circle activities in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the cleaning and disinfection quality of recyclable medical devices in this department.
