猪尾巴管引流法治疗青少年自发性气胸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用猪尾巴管引流法治疗青少年自发性气胸的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年6月期间江苏卫生健康职业学院附属浦口区中心医院收治的124例青少年自发性气胸患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。用猪尾巴管引流法对观察组患者进行治疗,用带针胸管引流法对对照组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗的费用、手术持续的时间、术毕至拔管的时间、切口愈合的时间、治疗期间疼痛的程度和并发症的发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗的总有效率和平均的治疗费用相比,P>0.05。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者手术持续的时间、术毕至拔管的时间和切口愈合的时间均较短,治疗期间其并发症的总发生率较低,P<0.05。治疗期间,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者中疼痛程度为轻度患者的占比较高,疼痛程度为中度和重度患者的占比均较低,P<0.05。结论:采用猪尾巴管引流法治疗青少年自发性气胸的效果确切,可显著减轻患者疼痛的程度,降低其并发症的发生率,缩短其康复的时间。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pig tail tube drainage in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax in adolescents.Methods:124 adolescent patients with spontaneous pneumothorax admitted to The Central Hospital of Pukou District affiliated to Jiangsu Health Vocational College from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with pigtail tube drainage,and the patients in the control group were treated with thorax tube drainage with needle.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,the cost of treatment,the duration of the operation,the time from the end of the operation to extubation,the time of wound healing,the degree of pain during the treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with the average treatment cost,the total effective rate of the two groups was P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the duration of surgery,the time from completion to extubation,and the time of wound healing in the observation group were all shorter,and the total incidence of complications during treatment was lower(P<0.05).During the treatment period,compared with the control group,the proportion of patients with mild pain degree was higher in the observation group,while the proportion of patients with moderate and severe pain degree was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax in adolescents with pigtail tube drainage is effective and can significantly reduce the pain,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the recovery time.
