脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析用脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月期间徐州市沛县中医院收治的68例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组。采用浮针疗法对对照组患者进行治疗,采用脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、腰腿痛症状及腰椎功能的改善情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,治疗后其ODI的评分较低,其JOA的评分较高,P<0.05。结论:采用脊柱定点旋转复位法配合浮针疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗可显著提高其临床疗效,减轻其腰腿痛的症状,改善其腰椎的功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of fixed-point rotation reduction combined with floating needle therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:68 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Peixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xuzhou city from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with floating needle therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with spinal fixed-point rotation reduction combined with floating needle therapy.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptoms of lumbago and leg pain and improvement of lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with patients in the control group,patients in the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment,a lower ODI score after treatment,and a higher JOA score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with fixed point rotation and floating needle therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the symptoms of lumbago and leg pain,and improve the function of t he lumbar spine.
