综合护理在无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究对接受无张力疝修补术的腹股沟嵌顿疝患者进行综合护理的效果。方法:选择2016年11月至2019年11月在苏州市相城人民医院接受无张力疝修补术的80例腹股沟嵌顿疝患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。在围手术期,分别对研究组患者与对照组患者进行综合护理与常规护理,然比较两组患者治护的效果、术后并发症的发生率及其对护理工作的满意情况。结果:研究组患者治护的优良率和对护理工作的总满意率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。护理后,研究组患者术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受无张力疝修补术的腹股沟嵌顿疝患者进行综合护理能提高其疗效,降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高其对护理工作的满意率。Objective:To explore and study the effect of comprehensive nursing care for inguinal incarcerated hernia patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair.Methods:80 patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia who received tension-free hernia repair in Xiangcheng People’s Hospital of Suzhou city from November 2016 to November 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).In the perioperative period,the study group patients and control group patients were respectively carried out comprehensive nursing and routine nursing,then compared the two groups of patients treatment and nursing effect,incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction with the nursing work.Results:The excellent and good rate of nursing care and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing work were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for inguinal incarcerated hernia patients undergoing tension-free hernia repair can improve its efficacy,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing work.
