摘 要:目的基于色度原理分析安息香表面、断面色度值与化学成分含有量的相关性。方法用颜色特征参数L、a、b值表征安息香表面颜色,采用分光测色仪测定安息香断面粉末L^*、a^*、b^*值,采用HPLC法测定安息香中苯甲酸、苯甲酸松柏酯的含有量,分析安息香表面、断面色度值与化学成分含有量的相关性。结果安息香表面为黄白色至黄棕色、断面象牙白时,苯甲酸、苯甲酸松柏酯含有量较高。苯甲酸含有量与安息香表面a值、断面L^*值呈正相关,表面a值、断面L^*值越大,苯甲酸含有量越高;苯甲酸松柏酯含有量与安息香表面L值、断面L^*值呈正相关,与断面b^*值呈负相关,表面L值、断面L^*值越大,断面b^*值越小,苯甲酸松柏酯含有量越高。苯甲酸松柏酯含有量与安息香颜色的相关性大于苯甲酸。结论安息香颜色与化学成分含有量具有显著相关性,可用于安息香药材的质量控制。AIM To analyze the correlation between the surface, cross-sectional chromaticity value and chemical constituents content of benzoin based on the principle of chromaticity.METHODS The surface colors of the benzoin were characterized by the color characteristic parameters L, a and b values. The L^*, a^* and b^* values of the cross-section powder of the benzoin were measured by spectrophotometer. The contents of benzoic acid and conifery benzoate were determined by HPLC, and the correlation between the surface, cross-sectional chromaticity value and chemical constituents content of benzoin was analyzed.RESULTS When the surface of benzoin was yellow-white to yellow-brown and the cross-section was ivory white, the contents of benzoic acid and conifery benzoate were higher. The content of benzoic acid was positively correlated with the value of the surface and the L^* value of the cross section of the benzoin. The higher the value of the surface and the L^* value of the cross section, the higher the content of benzoic acid. The content of conifery benzoate was positively correlated with the L value of the surface and the L^* value of the cross section of the benzoin, which was negatively correlated with the b^* value of the section. The higher the L value of the surface and the L^* value of the cross section and the smaller the b^* value of the section, the higher the content of conifery benzoate. In addition, compared with benzoic acid, the correlation between the conifery benzoate content and the color of the benzoin was greater.CONCLUSION The color of benzoin is significantly correlated with the chemical constituents content of benzoin. This method can be used for the quality control of benzoin.
