摘 要:FEM9.851标准是在自动仓储系统(AS/RS)规划时用于计算出入库效率的一种方法。该标准是针对I/O口在AS/RS不同位置时的适用标准,涵盖2种固定的I/O口位置和4种变化的I/O口位置场景。建立了参数化的AS/RS离散事件仿真模型,对6种I/O口位置进行蒙特卡罗仿真实验,分析FEM9.851标准的适用性。实验结果表明:I/O口位于左下侧、分别位于左右下侧以及I/O口位置相同且在水平方向或垂直方向上变化时,采用FEM9.851标准计算结果与仿真结果吻合,然而,当I/O进出口位置不同,其中一个位置固定在左下侧,另一个位置在垂直方向上变化时,FEM9.851标准出现少量不适用情形。FEM9.851 standard was a method for calculating warehouse productivity when planning an AS/RS.It was applicable to the input/output(I/O)points in different positions of the AS/RS,covering two fixed I/O point positions and four varying I/O point positions.A parametric AS/RS discrete event simulation model was established.Monte-Carlo simulation experiments were performed on the six I/O point positions in FEM9.851 standard to analyze the applicability.The experimental results show that FEM9.851 standard calculation results are in good agreement with the simulation results when the I/O points are located on the lower left side,one on the left and another on right lower sides,and the I/O points are in the same position and change in the horizontal or vertical directions.However,when the inbound and outbound positions are different,one of which is fixed on the lower left side and another is changed in the vertical direction,FEM9.851 standard shows a small amount of inapplicability.
