摘　　要：通过对TEC大颗粒尿素装置生产过程中水含量超标问题的分析,多次进行优化蒸发系统和造粒系统的操作参数,尤其是对减少造粒机出口振动给料器下料提高床层高度的优化操作,实现了降低床温、提高产品质量,同时降低装置产生的粉尘量.Through analysis of the problem of excessive water content in the production process of TEC large granular urea plant,the operation parameters of evaporation system and granulation system have been optimized for many times,and the discharge of the granulator outlet vibration feeder is reduced to increase the bed height,so as to reduce the bed temperature,improve product quality and reduce the amount of dust in the plant.
