摘 要:为了研究矩形不锈钢管螺栓筒节点的受弯性能,通过对3个节点试件进行弯曲试验,得到节点弯矩-转角曲线,与有限元分析结果基本吻合。在此基础上,进一步对45个节点有限元模拟,揭示了螺栓直径、螺栓间距、封板厚度和圆筒厚度对节点受弯承载力的影响规律及主要失效模式。采用多元非线性回归拟合,给出节点受弯极限承载力计算公式,可供工程设计参考。To study the bending performance of the bolted tubular joints with rectangular stainless steel tubes, the bending moment angle curves of the three joints are obtained by bending tests, which is basically consistent with the results of the finite element analysis. Based on such, the influence of bolt diameter, bolt spacing, seal plate thickness, and cylinder thickness on the bending capacity of 45 joints and the main failure modes are discovered.Finally, the calculation formula of ultimate capacity of joints is obtained with multiple nonlinear regression fitting,which can be referenced in engineering designs.
