摘 要:为了提高建筑屋面防水保温性能,降低坡屋顶施工难度,改善顶层住户舒适性,宝境檀香苑一期项目采用坡屋面上铺波形沥青瓦的工艺。通过优化屋面构造设计,严控材料质量,施工过程中重点控制瓦材安装准确度、牢固度及节点处理,在施工成本可控前提下,缩短施工周期,实现了立面效果好、耐久度佳和降低防水风险的预期效果。In order to improve waterproofing and thermal insulation performance of the building roof, Reduce the construction difficulty of the sloping roof,and improve the comfort of the residents on the top floor, The first phase of the Sandalwood garbon project adopts the process of laying corrugated asphalt tiles on the sloping roof. By optimizing the roof structure design, strictly controlling the quality of materials,focusing on the installation accuracy,firmness and node treatment of the tile material during the construction process,and shortening the construction period under the premise of controllable construction costs,the paper has achieved the expected effect of good facade effect,good durability and reduced waterproof risk.
