摘　　要：基于装配式技术特点与目前住宅产业化发展现状,通过对小户型装配式住宅空间布局特点进行分析总结,得出适应青年人群特点的小户型装配式住宅设计策略,提出小户型装配式住宅建筑中多样化、简洁化、特质化、个性化的设计要素,以便更好地运用于小户型装配式住宅设计发展之中。Based on the characteristics of prefabricated technology and the current status of the development of residential industrialization,through the analysis and summary of the spatial layout characteristics of small-sized prefabricated houses,the design strategy of small-sized prefabricated houses suitable for the characteristics of young people,and the small-sized prefabricated houses are proposed.Diversification in the building,simplification,specialization,individuation design elements,so as to be better applied to the development of small-sized prefabricated residential design.
