摘 要:以支柱类复合电气设备为研究对象,分析了结构损伤对其自振频率、振型等动力特性的影响,并通过预设损伤,运用基于动力特性的识别方法进行损伤识别分析。结果表明,绝缘子节点发生损伤会导致结构自振频率降低,且节点损伤程度越大,结构自振频率下降幅度也增大。通过损伤前后结构自振频率变化的平方比可快速准确定位绝缘子节点损伤位置,而采用基于振型曲率模态的损伤识别方法,不仅可以识别出支柱绝缘子发生损伤的位置,还可以判断其损伤程度。Taking pillar type composite electrical equipment as the research object,the influence of structural damage on its dynamic characteristics such as natural frequency and mode shape is analyzed,and the damage identification and analysis is carried out by using the identification method based on dynamic characteristics through the preset damage.The results show that the damage of the insulator node will lead to a decrease in the natural frequency of the structure,and the greater the degree of node damage,the greater the decrease in the natural frequency of the structure.The square ratio of the structural natural vibration frequency change before and after damage can quickly and accurately locate the damage position of the insulator node,and the damage identification method based on the mode curvature mode can not only identify the location of the post insulator damage,but also determine the degree of damage.
