中医护理结合中药封包治疗膝骨关节炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探索中医护理结合中药封包治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:收集2018年9月—2019年10月收治的KOA患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医护理结合中药封包治疗,共6周。比较两组干预前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:治疗后观察组的VAS评分为(3.06±0.39)分,显著低于治疗前的(6.36±1.36)分及对照组的(4.36±1.28)分(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的WOMAC评分如关节疼痛、僵硬、功能活动评分明显降低,与治疗前和对照组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后比较则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用中医护理结合中药封包治疗KOA可显著缓解患者疼痛程度,促进膝关节功能恢复,效果更为显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing combined with TCM packet in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Sixty patients with KOA treated from September 2018 to October 2019 were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the treatment of TCM nursing combined with TCM packet for six weeks.The scores of Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)scale and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was(3.06±0.39)points,which was significantly lower than the(6.36±1.36)points before treatment and the(4.36±1.28)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC scores of the observation group such as joint pain,stiffness,and functional activity scores were significantly reduced,which were significantly different in those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of KOA with TCM nursing combined with TCM packet can significantly relieve the pain of patients,and promote the recovery of knee joint function,the effect is more significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
