摘　　要：本文选择酚醛型环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯,通过环氧树脂开环反应,将环氧树脂引入到水性聚氨酯结构之中。通过对改性前后的水性聚氨酯涂膜进行耐冲击性、附着力、硬度、乳液稳定性的测试和红外分析的表征。结果表明加入环氧树脂改性后的水性聚氨酯涂膜的机械性能、耐高温性、抗蚀性等均得到提高。This paper introduces a method about phenolic epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane, which is introduced into the waterborne polyurethane structure by epoxy ring opening reaction.Through a series of tests and characterizations, the final conclusions indicate that the impact resistance and pencil hardness of the film are improved. In this experiment, phenolic phenolic epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane was selected to improve its mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
