摘 要:目的:研究地枫皮正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法:利用柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱分离技术对地枫皮正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质和一维核磁共振波谱数据进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从地枫皮的正丁醇部位中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:2-allyl-4,5-methylenedioxyphenol-1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、1-o-[4-hydroxybenzoyl-(6)-β-D-glucopyranoside]-2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-3-propanol(2)、michehedyoside F(3)、eugenylβ-rutinoside(4)、2,6-dimethoxy-4-(prop-2-enyl)phenyl O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、trans-isoeugenylβ-rutinoside(6)、cis-isoeugenylβ-rutinoside(7)、原儿茶酸(8)、原花青素B2(9)、儿茶素(10)、芦丁(11)、槲皮苷(12)。结论:其中,化合物4~7、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from n-butanol extract of Illicium difengpi.Methods:The compounds from n-butanol extract of Illicium difengpi were isolated and purified through chromatographic separative techniques,including column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,the chemical structures were identified by means of physicochemical properties and 1-D NMR data.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract of Illicium difengpi and identified as 2-allyl-4,5-methylenedioxyphenol-1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),1-o-[4-hydroxybenzoyl-(6)-β-D-glucopyranoside]-2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-3-propanol(2),michehedyoside F(3),eugenylβ-rutinoside(4),2,6-dimethoxy-4-(prop-2-enyl)phenyl O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),trans-isoeugenylβ-rutinoside(6),cis-isoeugenylβ-rutinoside(7),protocatechuic acid(8),procyanidin B2(9),catechin(10),rutin(11),quercitrin(12),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 4 to 7,10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
