带叶卷瓣兰乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究带叶卷瓣兰乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等柱色谱技术对带叶卷瓣兰80%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从带叶卷瓣兰80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:gymconopin B(1)、(2S)-二氢木蝴蝶素A-7-O-[β-D-芹菜糖基(16)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、2(S)-5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(3)、(-)-丁香脂素(4)、p-coumarate(a)(5)、豆甾醇(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、3,4′-二羟基-3′,5-二甲氧基联苄(8)、7-羟基-4-甲氧基-2,3-二氧亚甲基菲(9)。结论:其中,化合物2、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum.Methods:The 80%ethanol extract of Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum were isolated and purified by silica gel,polyamine and Sephadex LH-20 and other column chromatography.The structures of obtained compounds were identified though physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of 80%ethanol extract of Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum and identified as gymconopin B(1),(2S)-dihydrooroxylin A-7-O-[β-D-apiosyl(16)]-β-D-glucoside(2),2(S)-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy flavanone(3),(-)-syringaresinol(4),p-coumarate(a)(5),stigmasterol(6),β-sitosterol(7),3,4′-dihydroxy-3′,5-dimethoxy bibenzyl(8),7-hydroxy-4-methoxy-2,3-dioxymethylene phenanthrene(9),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 2 and 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
