摘  要:根据无固定连接式压缩机基础的特点,在大块式基础质量-弹簧-阻尼模型的基础上,考虑压缩机底撬下部及周边垫层的作用,建立了无固定连接式压缩机基础的动力计算模型;通过分析压缩机底撬与垫层相互作用的特点,提出了垫层刚度的计算方法;结合动力计算理论,得到了无固定连接式压缩机基础的动力计算方法。现场测试采集了底撬和基础在压缩机运行中的位移以及基槽侧壁与基础底部在压缩机运行前后的压力变化值,利用无固定连接式压缩机基础动力计算方法对现场试验的各测点进行了动力计算。最后将计算结果与现场试验数据进行对比,结果表明,计算结果偏大,对设计偏安全,两者误差也在合理范围内,验证了计算方法的合理性。On the basis of mass-spring-damping block foundation model and considering the effect of the cushion which is under and surrounding the bottom of compressor, the dynamic computational model of non-fixed compressor foundation is established according to the characteristics of non-fixed compressor foundation. Based on the analysis of the interaction between the bottom and the cushion of the compressor, a method for calculating the stiffness of the cushion is put forwarded, and the dynamic calculation method of the compressor without connection is obtained by combining the dynamic calculation theory. Field tests are carried out to collect the displacement of bottom and foundation of machine in the operation and the variation of pressure around the foundation trough and the bottom of the foundation before and after the operation of machine. The dynamic calculation of various measuring points in site is carried out by the dynamic calculation method of non-fixed compressor foundation. Finally, the calculation results are compared with the field test data to verify the rationality of the calculation method.
