摘  要:提出由自由振动试验间接测量水箱频率的方法,即将被测水箱放置在自行设计的自由振动平台上,通过两次不同刚度的自由振动试验,获得两个不同试验体系的自振频率,从而换算出水箱的自振频率。在此换算中利用了Housner物理模型原理以及多自由度系统自由振动原理。TLD水箱减振要求第一阶振荡水频率与结构自振频率接近,以达到最好的减振效果。许多情况下,普通水箱必须改造后才能满足这个要求。如果水箱形状不规则或内设了扰流装置,则频率很难计算,可借助本方法实测其自振频率。本方法得到的第一阶频率为0.9914Hz,Housner公式理论值为0.8977Hz,误差在可控范围,表明通过此试验方法测量频率是可行的。A method of indirect measurement of water tank frequency by free vibration test is proposed. Themeasured water tank is placed on a self-designed free vibration platform, through two free vibration tests with different stiffness, the natural frequencies of two different experimental systems are obtained, and then the natural frequencies of the water tank are calculated. In this conversion, Housner physical model principle and free vibration principle of multi-degree-of-freedom system are used. The vibration reduction of TLD water tank requires that the first-order oscillating water frequency is close to the natural frequency of the structure in order to achieve the best vibration reduction effect. In many cases, the ordinary water tank must be reformed to meet this requirement. If the shape of the water tank is irregular or the disturbance device is built in, the frequency is difficult to be calculated. The natural frequency of the water tank can be measured by this method. The first frequency obtained by this method is 0.9914 Hz and the theoretical value of Housner formula is 0.8977 Hz, and the error is within the controllable range, which shows that it is feasible to measure the frequency by this test method.
