摘  要:为提高实验结果准确性,本文对典型微重力落塔实验中的流体行为进行仿真验证和对比分析。首先,对典型自由下落式落塔实验全过程中的流体贮箱运动规律进行了分析和设计。然后,基于相似理论对缩比模型流体实验进行了设计和数值仿真验证,并以静液面生成和液体重定位过程为例,分析了落塔微重力初始状态的影响。模型间及模型与实验的对比结果验证了落塔实验和缩比模型流体实验设计及本文所采用仿真方法的有效性和准确性。对比分析表明:三组模型在液体形态和质心相对高度上吻合度较高;落塔缩比模型中微重力初始状态对静液面生成和液体重定位过程均有所影响,但影响随时间有减小趋势或可通过实验参数调整进行补偿。相关结论可为落塔流体实验设计提供重要参考。In order to improve the accuracy of the experimental results, the liquid behavior in typical micro-gravitational drop tower experiments are verified through simulations and comparatively analysis. Firstly, the motion laws of fluid tanks in the whole process of typical free falling drop tower experiments are analyzed and designed. Then, based on the similarity theory, the scaled model fluid experiment is designed and validated bynumerical simulation. Influences of the initial microgravity states of drop tower experiments are analyzed by taking the meniscus generation and liquid reorientation processes as examples. The comparison results between the models and between the model and an experiment verified the validity and accuracy of fluid experiment design through drop tower and scaled model, as well as the simulation method used in this paper. The comparative analysis shows that the three models are highly consistent in the liquid configuration and relative height of liquid center of mass. The initial microgravity states in the drop tower scaled model have impacts on the meniscus generation and liquid reorientation processes, but the impacts tend to decrease with time or can be compensated by adjusting the experimental parameters. Relevant conclusions can provide important reference for the design of drop tower fluid experiments.
