摘  要:利用Fluent软件,数值求解Mixture多相流模型,模拟了辐流式沉淀池内固液两相混合流场的水力特性。分析了辐流式沉淀池内污泥浓度场和流线分布随时间的变化,以及沉淀池内不同位置横断面上横向流速和纵向流速的分布规律。模拟结果表明:沉淀池内流线分布形式随时间变化较大,污泥浓度随时间的变化基本稳定;不同位置横断面上流速分布规律不同,越靠近挡板的位置,横断面的流速沿水深方向变化梯度越大,说明流场紊动较强;到沉淀池后部,横断面上流速分布较均匀,沿水深方向变化梯度也较小。The mixture multiphase flow model is solved numerically to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase mixed flow field in a radial flow sedimentation tank by Fluent Software.The variation of sludge concentration field and streamline distribution with time in the radial flow sedimentation tank is analyzed,and the distribution of transverse and longitudinal flow velocities in different cross-sections of the sedimentation tank is also discussed.Simulation results show that the streamline distribution in the sedimentation tank varies greatly with time,and the sludge concentration varies steadily with time,and the velocity distributions are different in different cross-sections,the closer to the baffle position,the greater the gradient of velocity over cross-section along the water-depth,which indicates that the turbulence of flow field is stronger.To the back of the sedimentation tank,the velocity distribution on cross-sections is more uniform,and along the water-depth,the change of its gradient is also small.
