摘  要:利用铬铁生产中的4种铬块矿筛下粉末、兰炭块筛下粉末为原燃料,借助少量膨润土作黏结剂,在实验室开展烧结杯试验。对单种铬矿粉烧结经济技术指标进行了综合排序;与单烧相比,确定了配加4%膨润土后各方案整体优化效果;在满足铬铁比大于1.75倍的条件下,完成了C、D铬矿粉的混合配矿试验与产品金属化率检测,并结合当期价格进行了经济性测算,可为后续工业推广应用提供参考。The sintering pot test was carried out in the laboratory by using four kinds of chromite powder under screen and Lancan powder under screen as raw fuel and a small amount of bentonite as binder.The economic and technical indexes of single chromium ore powder sintering are comprehensively sorted;compared with single sintering,the overall optimization effect of each scheme after adding 4% bentonite is determined;under the condition the Cr/Fe ratio is more than 1.75 times,the sintering and metallization rate detection of mixed C and D chromium ore powder are completed,and the economic calculation is completed in combination with the current price,which can provide reference for the subsequent industrial promotion and application.
