摘 要:由于榆钢高炉未能摸索出与自身高炉相匹配的装料制度,炉况稳定性差频繁出现波动,致使经济技术指标处在同行业落后水平。本文通过采用优化装料制度、送风制度、炉料结构调整、原燃料筛分效果提升等措施,应用大矿批冶炼,确保高炉炉况趋于稳定,经济技术指标逐步提升,取得了良好的效果。Because the charging system can not match the blast furnace in Yuzhong Iron and Steel company,the stability of the furnace condition was poor and fluctuated frequently,causing the economic and technical indicators were in the low level in the same industry.In this paper,by adopting measures such as optimizing charging system,air supply system,charge structure adjustment,and improvement of raw and fuel screening effects for the application of large ore batch smelting to ensure the condition of the blast furnace tend to be stable,the economic and technical indicators are gradually improved,and good results have been achieved.
