摘　　要：榆钢炼铁高炉长期使用喷煤系统所磨制的混合煤粉,在制粉双系统正常生产状态下,煤粉产量能满足高炉喷吹,白灰窑烧窑的生产需要。磨煤机每年定修时,制粉系统采取"一用一检修"的生产模式,从而造成单台磨煤机产量,无法满足高炉喷吹煤粉需要。为了保证磨煤机在年休期间,高炉正常喷吹煤粉,喷煤自建了一套外购煤粉受粉系统,利用制粉系统负压运行的特点,由煤粉罐车将外购煤粉受粉至布袋收集器后,进行高炉喷吹的生产实践。The mixed pulverized coal produced by the coal injection system has been used for a long time in the iron-making blast furnace of Yuzhong Iron and Steel Company.Under the normal production state of the pulverizing dual system,the output of pulverized coal can meet the production needs of blast furnace injection and white ash kiln burning.When the coal mill is regularly repaired every year,the pulverizing system adopts the production mode of "one use one overhaul",which results in the output of a single coal mill cannot meet the needs of blast furnace injection of pulverized coal.In order to ensure the coal mill normally inject pulverized coal into the blast furnace during the annual break,a set of outsourcing pulverized coal charging system is built.Making use of the negative pressure operation of the pulverizing system,the outsourcing pulverized coal is charged to the bag collector by the pulverized coal tanker to blast furnace injection.
