新冠疫情期间朝韩美三边关系调整与朝鲜半岛局势走向

摘　　要：2020年初,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情在全球蔓延,强烈冲击着现有的国际秩序,也给朝鲜半岛未来走向带来严重影响。朝鲜贯彻"正面突破战"的战略方针,几乎关闭了与美国对话的大门,保持对美施压态势,同时对韩政策进行了重大调整,重新界定为敌对关系。而特朗普政府一方面继续强化对朝鲜的制裁, 另一方面随着美国大选临近,特朗普仍希望将朝核问题作为他的一大政绩。在朝美战略僵持的同时,韩国执政党取得了国会选举的压倒性胜利,但这无助于文在寅总统推动朝韩关系,南北关系出现倒退。面对新冠疫情后中美关系更趋复杂,围绕半岛的博弈与合作也将进入一个新阶段。At the beginning of 2020,the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 spreads globally,which has strongly impacted the existing international order along with the situation of the Korean peninsula.DPRK has adopted a strategy called"head-on breakthrough",almost closing all the channels of dialogue with the United States and readjusting the policy towards ROK by redefining it as a hostile counterpart.The Trump administration,on one hand,continues to strengthen sanctions against DPRK.On the other hand,as the US election approaches,Trump still hopes to take the DPRK nuclear issue as a major diplomatic achievement for him.As the DPRK-U.S.strategic confrontation continues,President Moon Jae-in’s ruling party has won an overwhelming victory in the parliamentary elections,which,however,is not helpful for promoting the relations between ROK and DPRK.In the context of the COVID-19 epidemic,and with the China-U.S.competition becoming intensified,the situation on the Korean peninsula will also enter a new stage.
