红色文化资源在高校思想政治教育中的实践路径

摘　　要：红色文化融入高校思想政治教育不能零敲碎打、单兵作战,而是要系统、整体、协同推进,即要从"大思政"格局出发,全员、全过程、全方位地融入。从主体维度看,把红色文化融入大学生、高校教师、领导干部和思政工作队伍,实现全员融入,从过程维度看,把红色文化融入课堂教学、融入校园文化、融入社会实践,实现全过程融入,从内容维度看,红色文化要与高校马克思主义大众化、与培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、铸牢中华民族共同体意识等重要育人工程相结合,实现全方位融入。红色文化全员、全过程、全方位融入高校思想政治教育,分别解决了"融入谁""如何融入""在哪些方面融入"的问题,全面系统协调地解决了红色文化融入高校思想政治教育的困境,共同形成合力,高效发挥红色文化在思想政治教育中的整体效能。The integration of red culture into ideological and political education in universities cannot be done piecemeal or in isolation,but should be promoted systematically,holistically and collaboratively,i.e.,from the perspective of"big ideology and politics",in a collective,holistic and comprehensive manner.In terms of the subjects,red culture should be absorbed by the university students,teachers,administration staff and ideological and political work staff to realize full integration.In terms of the process,red culture should be integrated into classroom teaching,campus culture and social practice.In terms of the content,red culture should be related to the popularization of Marxism in universities,the cultivation and practice of socialist core values,and the fostering of a strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation.The integration of red culture into ideological and political education for all members in the whole process in an all-round way can respectively solve the problems of"who to integrate","how to integrate"and"where to integrate",which constitutes a systematic and coordinated solution and synergy to efficiently improve the the overall efficacy of red culture in ideological and political education.
