摘 要:为了探究大采高超长工作面液压支架适应性特征,以寺河矿4301工作面为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、现场实测的方式针对ZY12000/28/62D型掩护式支架的适应性进行了探究。结果表明,支架承载特性与工作面来压规律保持一致,均表现为中部受力大、两端受力小的特点,支架最大工作阻力未达到额定强度,支护强度也小于开采冲击载荷,应用后工作面资源回收率提高了6%,经济效益1.6×10^8元,各项经济技术指标均满足工作面生产要求。In order to explore the adaptability characteristics of hydraulic support in the super long working face with large mining height,taking 4301 working face of Sihe Coal Mine as the engineering background,this paper explored the adaptability of ZY12000/28/62 D type shield support by means of theoretical analysis and field measurement.The results showed that the bearing characteristics of the support were consistent with the pressure law of the working face,showing the characteristics of large force in the middle and small force at both ends.The maximum working resistance of the support did not reach the rated strength,and the support strength was less than the mining impact load.After application,the resource recovery rate of the working face was increased by 6%,and the economic benefit was 1.6×10^8 yuan,all the economic and technical indexes met the production requirements of the working face.
