摘 要:矿井排水系统的主要作用是将煤矿井下的涌水排出巷道,确保井下的综采作业安全。目前,多数矿井排水监测系统采用简单的PLC控制模块,仅能够判断积水水位情况,当积水水位超过安全设定值时,控制各组水泵同时动作,进行排水作业,直到达到安全水位。该控制方式存在控制方式简陋、对水位变化情况反应滞后的缺陷,同时一次启动多个水泵工作,导致排水过程中的耗电量大,影响井下排水经济性。提出了一种新的矿井排水监测系统,采用全新的液位监测控制模式,能够精确判断水位状态和水位的变化情况,控制排水系统逐个启动排水水泵,在确保排水安全的前提下极大地降低了排水时的电能消耗,提升了排水经济性。The main function of the mine drainage system is to discharge the water gushing out of the roadway to ensure the safety of the fully mechanized mining operation.At present,most of the mine drainage monitoring systems use simple PLC control module,which can only judge the water level.When the water level exceeds the safety setting value,each group of pumps will be controlled to operate at the same time to carry out drainage operation until the safe water level is reached.This control mode has the defects of simple control mode and delayed response to water level change.At the same time,starting multiple pumps at one time leads to large power consumption in the drainage process and affects the economy of underground drainage.This paper proposed a new mine drainage monitoring system,using a new level monitoring and control mode,which can accurately judge the state of water level and the change of water level,control the drainage system to start the drainage pumps one by one,greatly reducing the power consumption during drainage and improving the drainage economy on the premise of ensuring drainage safety.
