摘 要:等效热降法是一种汽轮机热力计算方法,相比常规热力计算,它用简洁的局部计算代替整个系统的繁杂计算,大大简化了计算过程,是火电厂局部定量分析的一种重要工具。以印度塔尔万迪火电厂660 MW汽轮机热平衡图为依据,详细给出了抽汽等效热降H_j和抽汽效率η_j的计算公式和结果,并且用等效热降法计算了此工况下汽轮机的热耗,所得结果与设计值基本一致,为火电厂汽轮机等效热降法提供了实例参考。Equivalent enthalpy drop method is a thermal calculation method of steam turbine.Compared with conventional thermal calculation,it uses simple local calculation instead of complicated calculation of the whole system,greatly simplifies the calculation process,and is an important tool for local quantitative analysis of thermal power plants.Based on the heat balance diagram of 660 MW steam turbine in Talwandi Thermal Power Plant of India,the calculation formulas and results of extraction equivalent enthalpy drop H_j and extraction efficiencyη_j were given in detail,the heat consumption of steam turbine under this condition was calculated by the equivalent enthalpy drop method.The results were basically consistent with the design value,which provided an example reference for the equivalent enthalpy drop method of steam turbine in thermal power plant.
