摘　　要：介绍了斜沟煤矿主扇不停风倒机系统,并对其改造过程及改造后的主扇不停风倒机过程进行了分析。通过改造,主扇通风机倒机时间得到了缩短,以便通风机在运行期间可以得到持续的动力,保证矿井安全生产,提高开采效率。This paper introduced the main fan non-stop ventilation fan reversing system in Xiegou Coal Mine,and analyzed its transformation process and the main fan non-stop ventilation fan reversing process after transformation.Through the transformation,the fan reversing time of the main fan was shortened,so that the fan could get continuous power during the operation,ensure the safety of the mine production and improve the mining efficiency.
