摘 要:针对影响提升综采效率的因素,结合5325大采高综采工作面井下实际地质情况,提出了一种新的基于充填方案的高效综采技术。对充填方案和综采技术方案进行了深入分析。实际应用表明该基于充填方案的高效综采技术,使煤矿井下的综采作业效率提升了23.6%,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业的效率和经济性,具有较大的应用推广价值。Based on the factors affecting the efficiency of fully mechanized mining,combined with the actual underground geological conditions of 5325 fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,a new efficient fully mechanized mining technology based on filling scheme was proposed.This paper made an in-depth analysis on the filling scheme and the fully mechanized technology scheme.According to the practical application,the high-efficiency fully mechanized mining technology based on the filling scheme had increased the fully underground fully mechanized mining operation efficiency by 23.6%,greatly improving the efficiency and economy of the underground fully mechanized mining operation of the coal mine,and had great application and promotion value.
