摘 要:水电站厂房的振动问题已成为厂房结构设计的关键问题。某电站厂房布置两台双向机组、两台常规机组,双向机组的水力过渡过程复杂,体积相对较小,吸收振动能力较差,流道内水流流速高,撞击过流部件的动量大,会产生严重振动效应,影响厂房结构安全,因此对厂房结构设计有严格要求。通常厂房采用高刚度的结构设计来解决厂房的振动问题,《抽水蓄能电站设计导则》中提到这一原则:为增加机组段结构的抗振性能,应设计为整体结构,宜采用厚板结构。采用ANSYS软件以电站厂房安装间为计算模型,进行静力和动力计算。结果表明:厚板加肋结构在结构静力与动力方面优于梁板结构,且布置简洁,空间利用率高,造价低,可为类似结构布置提供借鉴。The vibration problem of the power house of hydropower station has become a key problem in the design of the structure. Two bidirectional units and two conventional units are arranged in a power house, hydraulic transition process of the bidirectional unit is complex, the volume is relatively small, the ability to absorb vibration is poor, the flow velocity in the flow channel is high, and the momentum that hits the flow components is large, which will produce serious vibration effects and affect the safety of the plant structure, so there are strict requirements for the plant structure design. Usually, the vibration problem of the workshop is solved by the structural design with high stiffness, which is mentioned in the "Guidelines for design of Pumped storage Power Station" : To increase the performance of the anti-vibration unit of the segment structure, should be designed as an overall structure, should adopt the slab structure. Use ANSYS software to calculate and analyze static and dynamic forces with the installation room of the power plant as the calculation model. The results show that the thick plate rib structure is superior to the beam and plate structure in terms of structural static and dynamic, and the layout is simple, the space utilization rate is high, and the cost is low, which can provide a reference for similar structural layout.
