摘 要:温度裂缝对碾压混凝土重力坝的安全运行存在影响,尤其在高温季节施工,更容易产生温度裂缝,危害大坝的安全,因此进行碾压混凝土重力坝温控仿真计算具有重要的实际意义。采用三维有限元法,以自然入仓、控制浇筑温度、通水冷却和施工进度等为控制变量,选用3种不同的工况,混凝土重力坝施工和运行阶段温度及应力变化情况进行仿真分析。结果表明:高温季节施工时采取控制浇筑温度和通水冷却措施,使最大温差满足规范要求,最大应力小于允许拉应力。研究结果也可为其他碾压混凝土重力坝的高温季节施工提供参考依据。Temperature cracks have an impact on the safe operation of RCC gravity dams, especially in high temperature seasons, temperature cracks are more likely to occur and endanger the safety of the dam, therefore, temperature control simulation calculations for RCC gravity dams have important practical significance. Using three-dimensional finite element method, with natural warehousing, pouring temperature control, water cooling and construction progress as control variables, the selection of three different operating conditions, and the temperature and stress changes during the construction and operation phase of the concrete gravity dam are simulated and analyzed. The results show that: during the high-temperature season construction, the pouring temperature and water cooling measures are taken to make the maximum temperature difference meet the specification requirements, and the maximum stress is less than the allowable tensile stress. The research results can also provide reference for the construction of other RCC gravity dams in high temperature seasons.
