基于PROFIBUS-DP的西门子S7-1500 PLC与ACS5000变频器通信的应用

摘　　要：主要阐述利用PLC、变频器以及PC机构成的PROFIBUS-DP西门子总线控制系统。具体地,深入阐述变频器通信各参数具体设置情况以及通信协议,利用NC-Drive和step7软件开发西门子S7-1500 PLC与ACS5000变频器进行实时通信,通过编写PLC控制和数据采集的程序,确保变频器参数配置正确,选择数据源和合适的PPO报文类型,将所需读写的参数配置在正确的地址中,实现S7-1500 PLC与ACS5000变频器的有效通信,并通过测试证明了系统可以稳定运行。In this study,the PROFIBUS-DP Siemens bus control system composed of PLC,inverter and PC is mainly elaborated.And the detailed settings of each parameter of the inverter communication and the communication protocol are explained in depth,using NC-Drive and step7 software development Siemens S7-1500 PLC communicates with the ACS5000 inverter in real time,by programming the PLC control and data collection procedures,he inverter’s correct parameter configuration is ensured,the data source is selected,the appropriate ppo message type is selected,and the required reading and writing are read and written,the parameters are configured in the correct address to realize the effective communication between S7-1500 PLC and ACS5000 frequency converter,and the test proves that the system has a stable operation effect.
