摘　　要：智能监控系统采用图像处理和模式识别等方式,对设备出现的异常情况采取一系列应急警示和解决措施。在10 kV开关站中应用智能监控系统,能满足人们的用电需求,并保障用电安全。The intelligent monitoring system is an application of a series of emergency warning and solution measures to the abnormal situation of the equipment by using the computer capabilities of image processing and pattern recognition.The application of intelligent monitoring system in 10 kV switch station,for people,this combination will be the guarantee to meet the demand of power consumption,and the security guarantee when applying power.
