摘　　要：介绍广东省电力设计院在哥斯达黎加国执行某FTTH项目中,帮助哥国国家电力公司(ICE)提高网络渗透率并快速完成用户光纤宽带接入所采用的技术方案,以期对我国电力企业利用自有通信基础设施为用户提供通信增值服务有一定的参考和借鉴意义。This paper introduces the technical solutions adopted by the GEDI in the implementation of an FTTH project in Costa Rica to help the national power grid company of Costa Rica(ICE)to rapidly improve the FTTx network penetration rate and accelerate the speed to cover more users using fiber-optic broadband internet access.It is a good demonstration and gives Chinese power grid companies a reference to use their own infrastructure to provide telecommunication services.
