摘  要:危险化学品具有强腐蚀、易燃、易爆、助燃等危险性质。围绕环境保护部会同工业和信息化部、卫生计生委所制定的《优先控制化学品名录(第一批)》共22种优先控制化学品开展工作,结合云南省地域特点,筛选甲醛、萘、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷作为代表进行分析,对其涉及的工艺进行研究。综合对比分析行业生产过程中使用的原材料、催化材料、主要产品以及生产过程中化学物质间的化学反应和迁移转化途径,探索出其储存、防护、治理的相关方法,使其环境生态风险降至最低化,最终达到减量化、无毒化、资源化的目的。Hazardous chemicals do have highly corrosive,inflammable,explosive and combustion-supporting. In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents caused by hazardous chemicals,the work carried out in this article was concentrated on the 《Priority control chemicals list( first) 》 a total of 22 kinds of priority control chemicals that was constituted by the environmental protection in conjunction with the ministry of industry & information technology as well as health & family planning commission. Combined with regional characteristics on Yunnan,formaldehyde,naphthalene,methylene chloride and chloroform were as representative and analyzed. And the technology process involved in had been researched. Comprehensive analysis of the industry raw materials,catalytic materials and main products used in the production process,the chemical reactions and the pathways of migration & transformation between chemical substances in the production process,the relevant methods of storage,protection and treatment were explored to minimize the environmental ecological risks and achieved the propose of reduction,eliminating toxicity and reclamation finally.
