摘　　要：随着化工领域的发展,甲醇原料的需求量也在不断提升。因此为满足日益增长的甲醇需求,甲醇精馏工艺水平的提升就成为化工领域必须要不断研究的课题。对我国甲醇精馏工艺以及当前的各种常用工艺进行了简单介绍,然后分别对工艺本身的优化和塔器的优化设计展开探讨。with the development of chemical industry,the demand of methanol raw materials is also increasing. Therefore,in order to meet the growing demand for methanol,the improvement of methanol distillation process level has become a subject that must be continuously studied in the field of chemical industry. In this paper,the methanol distillation process and various common processes in China are briefly introduced,and then the optimization of the process itself and the optimal design of the column are discussed respectively.
