摘 要:为了研究静宁鸡和海兰褐鸡心脏的形态学差异,试验选用不同周龄静宁鸡和海兰褐鸡各20只,采用解剖学和组织学方法,通过苏木精-伊红(H.E.)染色和Masson染色对不同周龄静宁鸡和海兰褐鸡心脏的解剖特征、脏器系数、组织学特点及心肌纤维长度和直径进行对比。结果表明:随着周龄的增加,静宁鸡心脏的解剖形态由倒圆锥形变为桃心形,海兰褐鸡心脏的解剖形态由椭圆形变为倒圆锥形,静宁鸡各周龄心脏脏器系数均高于海兰褐鸡且差异显著(P<0.05);静宁鸡心脏心肌纤维比海兰褐鸡致密,心脏中胶原纤维的分布比海兰褐鸡多,心肌纤维长度和直径也均大于海兰褐鸡且差异显著(P<0.05)。说明静宁鸡与海兰褐鸡的心脏形态学差异较大,静宁鸡心脏发育较海兰褐鸡快,心脏功能也比海兰褐鸡强。In order to study the morphological differences between the hearts of Jingning chicken and Hy-line variety brown, 20 Jingning chickens and 20 Hy-line variety brown of different weeks of age were selected in the experiment. Using anatomical and histological methods, hematoxylin-eosin(H.E.) staining and Masson staining were used to detect the heart anatomical characteristics, organ index, histological characteristics, myocardial fiber length and diameter of Jingning chicken and Hy-line variety brown at different weeks of age. The results showed that the anatomical morphology of the heart of Jingning chicken changed from inverted cone to peach heart, and that of Hy-line variety brown from ellipse to inverted conical shape with the increase of week age. The heart organ index of Jingning chicken was significantly higher than that of Hy-line variety brown(P<0.05). The cardiac muscle fiber of Jingning chicken was denser than that of Hy-line variety brown, and the distribution of collagen fibers in the heart of Jingning chicken was more than that of Hy-line variety brown. The length and diameter of myocardial fibers of Jingning chicken were larger than those of Hy-line variety brown, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The results showed that the heart morphology of Jingning chicken was different from that of Hy-line variety brown. The heart development of Jingning chicken was faster than that of Hy-line variety brown. The heart function of Jingning chicken was better than that of Hy-line variety brown.
