党内政治文化与党内监督的关系研究

摘　　要：党内政治文化与党内监督作为党的建设的重要内容,二者存在深刻的内在联系。党内政治文化与党内监督在主体、目标、价值取向和内驱动力等方面存在广泛的同一性,在马克思主义哲学视野和组织行为学视野中又可以看到二者存在本质的差异性。党内政治文化与党内监督相互影响:党内政治文化是党内监督的重要精神力量,有助于明晰党内监督目标、提升党内监督自觉、优化党内监督环境、规范党内监督行为;党内监督是党内政治文化的重要保障,是党内政治文化产生与发展的有效载体,是保持党内政治文化先进性与纯洁性的必要手段,也是推动党内政治文化与时俱进的重要动力。As important contents of the construction of our Party,the intraparty political culture and the intraparty supervision are intrinsically related to each other.The intraparty political culture and the intraparty supervision have extensive identity in subject,goal,value orientation and internal driving force.Yet,the essential differences between them can be seen from the perspective of Marxist philosophy and the perspective of organizational behavior science.The intraparty political culture and the intraparty supervision interact upon each other.The intraparty political culture is an important spiritual force for the intraparty supervision.It helps to clarify the objectives,enhance the conscientiousness,optimize the environment,and standardize the behavior of the intraparty supervision.The intraparty supervision is an important guarantee for the intraparty political culture.It is an effective carrier for the generation and development of the intraparty political culture,a necessary means to maintain the advancement and purity of the intraparty political culture,and it is also an important motivation to promote the advancement of the intraparty political culture with the time.
