摘　　要：众所周知,我国的农村人民公社解体于20世纪80年代上半叶,而城市人民公社却解体于20世纪60年代初期。后者为何提前解体?一是“先天不足,后天失养”导致城市人民公社难以为继;二是国民经济调整致使城市人民公社由衰而竭;三是党的最高领导人沉默无语引致城市人民公社在中央层面上的“不了了之”,而地方层面上却以“名存实亡”形式解体。It is well known that the rural people's communes disintegrated in the first half of the 1980s,while the urban people's communes disintegrated in the early 1960s.Why did the latter disintegrate much earlier?Firstly,"congenital gestate deficiency"and"postnatal loss of nurturing"made it difficult for urban people's communes to sustain.Secondly,the adjustment of national economy caused the urban people's commune to go from decline to failure.Thirdly,the silence on the part of top leaders of the Party caused the urban people's communes to"end up without an ending"at the central level,but at the local level,the urban people's communes actually disintegrated in a way called"existence in name but not in essence".From the analysis of the causes of the disintegration of the urban people's communes,we can learn profound lessons.
