穴位按摩联合计算机认知训练对器质性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察穴位按摩联合计算机认知训练对器质性精神分裂症患者的临床疗效,以及对患者认知功能的改善情况。【方法】将94例器质性精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组给予穴位按摩治疗,早晚各1次。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合计算机认知训练治疗,每次训练20 min,每日1次。2组患者均连续治疗8周。治疗8周后,评价2组患者的临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、认知功能筛查量表(CASI)以及自制生活质量量表评分的变化情况。【结果】(1)观察组总有效率为89.36%(42/47),对照组为72.34%(34/47)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的PANSS评分均明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组在改善PANSS评分方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的CASI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善CASI评分方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者的生活质量评分明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组在改善生活质量评分方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】穴位按摩联合计算机认知训练治疗器质性精神分裂症,能明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的认知功能,从而提高患者生活质量,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with computer-based cognitive training on organic schizophrenia in patients and the improvement of cognitive functions. Methods Ninety-four patients with organic schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group. The both groups received acupoint massage, once in the morning and evening, and additionally, the observation group received computer-based cognitive training, 20 minutes per time. The treatment lasted 8 continuous weeks. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes in Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS), Cognitive Function Screening Scale(CASI)and quality of life scores were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results(1)The total effective rate was 89.36%(42/47)in the observation group,and 72.34%(34/47)in the control group. The therapeutic effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the PANSS scores in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01), and the improvement in PANSS scores of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P < 0.01).(3)After treatment,the CASI scores in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05), and the improvement in CASI scores of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)After treatment, the quality of life scores in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the improvement in quality of life scores of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with computer-based cognitive training is effective for the treatment of organic schizophrenia patients, and can improve the clinical symptoms thus to promote the cognitive function thus to improve the quality of life of the patients.
