摘  要:随着城市轨道交通的快速发展和智能化要求的不断提高,为推动城轨车辆牵引传动系统的维修模式从"计划修""故障修"到"状态修"的变革转型,提出了城轨车辆状态修车地一体系统解决方案,构建了FORESEE智能运维平台。重点围绕牵引电机、变流器、高压部、走行部等关键部件,提出一系列最大化利用已有控制信号的多信息融合在线故障检测与状态评估方法,以及结合退化原理模型和大数据挖掘的关键部件寿命预测技术,相关技术已得到应用验证,可实现车载设备的主动式精准维修,保障城轨车辆的运行安全和提高检修维护的经济性。With the rapid development of urban rail transit and the continuous improvement of intelligent requirements,and in order to promote the transformation of the maintenance mode of urban rail vehicle traction drive systems from"planned repair"and"trouble repair"to"condition repair",the vehicle-ground integrated system solutions of urban rail vehicle condition repair was proposed.Then,intelligent operation and maintenance platform of FORESEE was created.Focusing on key components such as traction motors,converters,high-voltage parts,and running parts,a series of multi-information fusion online fault detection and status assessment methods that maximized the use of existing control signals were proposed,as well as prediction technology combined with degradation mechanism models and large data mining component life,and related technology were applied and verified,which could realize active and accurate maintenance of equipment,ensure the safety of urban rail vehicles and improve the economy of maintenance.
