摘  要:水冷散热器和板翅式换热器是水冷系统中的2个核心换热部件,其热性能测试属于常规的型式试验,通常水冷散热器和板翅式换热器是在2个独立的分属不同专业试验台进行性能测试。文章针对水冷散热器和板翅式换热器测试条件的异同特点,设计了可以兼容测试水冷散热器和板翅式换热器的多功能集成式测试平台,并且可以用于水冷系统的性能测试,有助于水冷系统参数的验证。经案例验证,其冷却液流量相对误差小于1%,温度相对误差小于2%,应用案例的温升和流阻测试结果相对误差小于5%。The water cooling heatsink(WCH)and the plate-fin heat exchanger(PFHE)are the two core heat exchange components in the water-cooling system.The thermal performance test for the WCH and the PFHE is a normal type test.Usually,WCH and PFHE were separately tested in two different professional test platforms under normal conditions.On the basis of the similarities and differences between the test conditions of the WCH and PFHE,a multifunctional integrated test platform that can be compatible with WCH and PFHE was developed in this paper,which could be compliantly used for performance testing of water cooling system,and be helpful for the verification of the parameter in the water cooling system.According to the data of a validating test case,the relative error of the coolant flux was less than 1%,the relative temperature error was less than 2%,and the relative error of the temperature rise and flow resistance test results of the application case was less than 5%.
