摘 要:针对地铁能馈变流器的噪声特性进行试验研究,分析其主要噪声源、噪声传播规律以及进/出口结构的声学性能,并针对性地进行出口阻性消声器设计及试验验证。研究结果表明,风机为主要噪声源,风机噪声由出口传播直接导致产品噪声超标;采用出口阻性消声器方案可有效降低出口噪声传播,风机出口测点降噪量达17.33 dB(A)。相关研究对改善能馈变流器及类似产品的声学性能,指导产品结构降噪设计具有参考价值。The noise characteristics of metro energy feedback converter were experimentally studied to analyze the main noise source, noise transmission rules and the acoustic performance of the inlet/outlet structure. The outlet resistance muffler was designed specifically and verified by test. The results showed that the fan was the main noise source and the product noise exceeding the standard was mainly caused by the fan noise transmission to the outlet directly. The scheme of outlet resistance muffler could effectively reduce the outlet noise transmission and the noise reduction at the outlet of fan could reach 17.33 dB(A). The relevant research in this paper has reference value for improving the acoustic performance of energy feedback converter and similar products and guiding the noise reduction design of product structure.
