摘　　要：国民幸福指数的统计测量越来越受到国家的重视,国民幸福指数统计方法的科学性和准确性显得尤为重要。以往的幸福指数统计测量方法比较单一,传统的测量方法只是凭借自己的主观感觉给幸福感赋值,没有对客观因素的影响进行定量的分析,未能将客观因素和主观因素有机结合起来,可能导致结论的片面性。文章通过对距离综合评价法的改进,并将其用于客观幸福指数的统计测量,同时将客观幸福指数与主观幸福指数相结合,以其加权平均值作为测量幸福感的综合指标,弥补了传统方法的不足。"Happiness"is the subjective reflection and psychological experience of people's satisfaction with objective real life,but everyone's understanding and feeling of happiness standard is different.The State has paid more and more attention to the statistical measurement of the National Happiness Index,and even compares the happiness index to conventional statistics such as a country's GDP.This paper enumerates the objective evaluation factors that affect the national happiness,improves the distance comprehensive evaluation method,and applies it to the measurement of objective happiness index,and meanwhile combines the objective happiness index with the subjective happiness index,with its weighted mean value as a comprehensive index to measure happiness.
